About Marlow Sailing Club

We are an RYA affiliated dinghy-sailing club located on the Berkshire bank of the River Thames, approximately two miles upstream of Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Between the National Sports Centre at Bisham Abbey and Temple Lock, access is by road from Temple Lane.
Our clubhouse offers excellent facilities, with separate changing rooms and showers, a kitchen area and meeting room. Disabled access is provided for all clubhouse facilities. Other site buildings are used for the storage of equipment. Boat spaces for up to 65 craft are available and parking for members' and visitors' vehicles is more than adequate.
“Casual and relaxed”
Sailing is casual and relaxed, with no class distinction, but members' boats must be mono-hulled sailing craft, no longer than 16ft (4.8m).The emphasis is on safe family sailing and the Club is very keen to encourage young helms to participate.

We have approximately 100 feet of river frontage, with tyre fendering and small-boat mooring points. Access to the water is by a shallow gradient slipway but, if required, a winch is available for easier retrieval of boats from the water.
There are two Optibat dinghies available for younger members to sail and two Toppers. A Gull, a Pico, and a rowing boat complete the Club fleet.
